Tasting Notes

Toasted coconut and Madagascan vanilla flow into honeyed walnut and silky toffee, lifted by warm brown spice and bold oak for a long, aromatic finish.

Built in 1823, our stone mill on the Clyde River is one of the oldest heritage buildings in Tasmania’s Central Highlands. Today it’s home to a single malt distillery producing small-batch whisky, shaped by the seasons, the river valley, and time.
