Clyde Mill
Distillery
Crafted in the Tasmanian Highlands, our single malt whiskies and bright citrus gins capture the essence of place. From smooth, cask-matured malts to fresh, contemporary spirits, every bottle reflects the heritage and innovation that defines Clyde Mill.
We distil in small batches inside a working 1823 flour mill, using grain grown close to home and water drawn from the Central Highlands. The cold climate and long valley winters do a lot of the work — slow maturation draws character into every cask in a way you cannot replicate anywhere else.
Our whisky range spans single malts aged on site, with limited releases exploring individual cask finishes. Our gins are built around bright citrus and native Tasmanian botanicals, made to be enjoyed fresh at the cellar door or wherever you open the bottle.
