This Bourbon release opens with wet hay and toasted marshmallow, deepening into buttery shortcrust pastry and the warm lift of tonka bean. Elevated strength brings a bright confectionary edge, with icing sugar over gentle oak. The palate moves from soft pastry sweetness to caramelised oats and light char, finishing with warm spice and firm oak that leave a lingering glow of sweetness, heat and developed Bourbon character.
