À La Carte Friday Nights at Clyde Mill – 1st Friday of every month, from 5 pm

Take a seat and order whatever you like from our full dinner menu, and match it with a dram (or two) of our valley-matured whisky or gin.

Think slow-cooked Highland lamb ragù with hand-made gnocchi, seasonal sharing plates, and proper desserts – all made with local produce.
