Long before whisky ever flowed from Clyde Mill, the valley echoed with the rhythmic grind of French Burr millstones, brought across the world by Edward Nicholas with remarkable foresight, once turning the region’s first grain into flour.
Our Triple Cask Release reflects that same respect for history and tradition, a spirit shaped by the most iconic cask types in the single malt world, each contributing depth, detail and quiet intricacy. Crème brûlée and burnt butterscotch lead the palate accompanied by the subtle structure of lightly charred oak. The profile folds seamlessly into bright accents of cherry plum and candied red gala apple that carry through with delicate clarity. A final whisper of toasted nutmeg and dusted icing sugar rounds out the palate with luxurious continuation.
