Inspired by the storied setting of Clyde Mill and the craftsmanship that shaped the 1823 flour mill along the River Clyde, The Mill Pond Dry Gin captures the essence of a true Tasmanian Highland Dry style. Crafted with pristine Highland waters that filter naturally down to the distillery, it opens with a burst of vibrant juniper, delivering an invigorating pine-fresh lift that sets a bright, energetic foundation.

As it unfolds, a silky ribbon of sweet macadamia weaves through the palate, softening juniper’s natural bitterness and adding a luxurious, almost creamy depth. A lift of delicate lemon cuts through, bringing complexity and bright top notes, then finally landing with a distinctly Tasmanian flourish: herbaceous, slightly spicy native pepper berry that lingers with warmth and intrigue. The result is a gin that feels alive, complex, expressive, and unapologetically full of character.
