Located beside the Clyde River in our restored 1825 flour mill, our Single Cask releases represent the pinnacle of our selected cask range. Matured in a solitary barrel, each expression reflects our terroir; pure water, unique copper and the clean Highland air that shapes our craft. Through careful sensory analysis, every cask is drawn to the strength that reveals its most expressive character.

Our Bourbon release opens with toasted coconut layered over soft Madagascan vanilla, delivering a creamy sweetness that unfolds with measured grace. Honeyed walnuts follow, adding depth and a gentle nuttiness that harmonises with the cask’s natural warmth. As the palate develops, silky, rounded notes of toffee emerge, before lifting into warm brown spice, balanced with bold oak influence giving structure and texture to the palate. Nutmeg and cinnamon settle in with quiet confidence, rounding the profile with a comforting, aromatic finish that lingers long after the final sip.
