This expression showcases a bonded pair of Bourbon and Apera barrels, married and finished in a singular rare Tawny cask to elevate depth, sweetness and complexity. Delicate butterscotch and caramelised muscatels weave through a beautifully layered foundation, with the Tawny influence adding brightness and lift without overshadowing the spirit. In the glass, dried fruit, caramelised fig, toasted almonds and soft brown‑spice shape a long, expressive finish. A whisky defined by Tasmania’s Central Highlands; cool‑climate maturation, pure water, and the stone walls of our 1823 mill.
