Our family has called Bothwell home for generations, and we take great pride in showcasing the region. Our ingredients have been thoughtfully sourced to reflect the quality and character of this place, with many of the producers featured on our menu having close ties to the local community.

Winter Hours (1 June – 24 September):
Open Friday to Sunday, 11am–4pm. Closed Monday to Thursday.
Additional opening dates:
Open daily 11–21 June for Dark Mofo
Open daily 1–9 August for Tasmanian Whisky Week
Functions and Group Bookings:
For private functions or special events outside winter trading hours, email cellardoor@clydemill.com.au to discuss availability.
Minimum guest numbers and spend requirements may apply.
