Refund Policy

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we will provide a remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

What’s covered:

  • Items that arrive damaged in transit.
  • Items with a manufacturing fault.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

How to request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number.
  2. Provide a brief description and photos showing the damage or fault.
  3. We will assess your claim and advise next steps.

Depending on the fault, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.
