We process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 5 working days from the date of purchase. Working days are Monday to Friday (AET), excluding Australian public holidays.
Orders are sent with reputable carriers. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier’s network. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details where available.
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.
If you need to update your delivery address or order details, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been packed or shipped.
If your order is delayed or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier.
