Embrace Tasmanian winter with an atmospheric day of flavour, history and storytelling in the Tasmanian Highlands. Arrive mid-morning for coffee and homemade biscuits, then take a relaxed tour of the heritage mill and distillery to learn how whisky is made from mash tun to stills. A guided whisky tasting will teach you how to nose whisky properly, why temperature matters and how to identify flavours. Relax over lunch at the Mill Kitchen with some local storytelling thrown in the mix.
