À La Carte Friday Nights at Clyde Mill – every Friday, from 5 pm
Take a seat and order whatever you like from our full dinner menu, and match it with a dram (or two) of our valley-matured whisky or gin.
Think slow-cooked Highland lamb ragù with hand-made gnocchi, seasonal sharing plates, and proper desserts – all made with local produce.
No set menu, no rush – just great food and exceptional spirits.

Clyde Mill Distillery Tours & Tasting – one of Tasmania’s best whisky experiences!
Step inside our 200-year-old watermill and discover how we turn pristine Highland water, local barley and wild Roaring Forties air into liquid gold.
Your guide will walk you through every stage of the process, from the grinding stones that still turn today to the copper pot stills and barrel room where the magic happens.
Then the fun part: a guided tasting flight of four Clyde Mill single malts, including our rare tawny & apera single casks plus the big, bold cask-strength bourbon release – you’ll taste the valley in every sip.
Perfect for whisky enthusiasts, curious beginners, or anyone who just loves a great story with their dram.
Tours run daily. Spots are strictly limited (we keep groups small on purpose).
