Located beside the Clyde River in our restored 1825 flour mill, our Single Cask releases represent the pinnacle of our selected cask range. Matured in a solitary barrel, each expression reflects our terroir; pure water, unique copper and the clean Highland air that shapes our craft. Through careful sensory analysis, every cask is drawn to the strength that reveals its most expressive character.
Wrapped in Tawny’s classic dried‑fruit richness, this release opens with soft marshmallow and caramelised plum, lifted by brown sugar and gentle oxidative sweetness. Stewed red fruits brighten the palate before deepening into burnt butterscotch, silky toffee and toasted oak. Light in feel yet warmly decadent, the finish lingers with soft spice and refined comfort.
